Cost Advantages of Stone Mountain

 

Making a decision on a data center can be complex and difficult.  Hidden costs can be shocking to your budget.  Stone Mountain is committed to making that cost analysis as simple and transparent as possible.  Our goal is to provide tenants with unbeatable value.  Please consider the following issues in your data center selection process:

 

  • Without sparing the highest quality, Stone Mountain's land and construction costs are exceptionally low.  These low costs enable Stone Mountain to offer pricing well below prevailing market rates.

  • Stone Mountain offers true gross leases, which include not only space, but security, janitorial, building property taxes, employee parking, shuttle service, "meet-up" telephone and fiber connections, and a generous electrical allowance (negotiable).  You won't get "nickled and dimed" at Stone Mountain.

  • If tenants increase server density and need to use more power per square foot than originally provided in the lease's electricity allowance, electric power will not only be available, but at an extremely low cost (currently about $.02 / KWH.  Compare this rate to the prices you are either already paying or would have to pay at other data centers.  You will be astounded by the cost difference.

  • Should Stone Mountain tenants outgrow their initial space needs, the Stone Mountain Complex has over 6 million square feet of outside and subterranean space available for lease.  Further expansion beyond this already mega-size is virtually unlimited.  You will never have to pay high costs of moving your data center operations to another location because of lack of available space, power or fiber.  Advance space reservations for planned growth are also available.

  • Stone Mountain offers total design flexibility.  Because Stone Mountain is a new project, you will be moving into space that will be custom built to your needs and specifications.  Virtually all wishes related to such matters such as square footage, density, raised flooring, false ceilings, CRAC requirements, lighting and other variables will be accommodated.  Your company won't be burdened by undue delays or extra costs to modify space leased to a previous tenant with a different configuration than you want.
